Privacy, in plain language
Most of the people who contact us are parents asking about a child. We treat that seriously, so this page says exactly what we ask for and what happens to it.
What this site collects on its own
Almost nothing. We run no analytics of our own, no advertising pixels, and set no cookies ourselves. The two pages that carry a form load it from HubSpot, and HubSpot sets functional cookies there — spam protection and form operation, not advertising. Every other page collects nothing at all.
What we ask for, and only where
There are exactly two forms on this site.
The assessment request asks a parent or guardian for your name and email, your athlete's first name, and an age band. Not a date of birth. Not a surname for your athlete. Not an address, a school year, a measurement, or anything medical.
The club enquiry asks a director or coach for your name, work email, club, role and roughly how many athletes are involved. It asks nothing about individual athletes.
Both forms are hosted by HubSpot, our customer system. A parent or guardian should complete them — never the athlete.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry. That is the whole purpose.
Sending a form does not sign you up to anything. If you ever want email from us beyond a reply, you have to ask for it separately and then confirm by clicking a link. We never sell your information, and we never pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not turn into training, we delete it 24 months after we last spoke. If you become a client, your information is covered by your training agreement instead.
Changing your mind
Reply to any message from us, or email coach@aaronlarmore.com, and ask us to delete what we hold. We will do it in full within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
Who is responsible
